1972 Home Past, Future and Present

In the summer of lockdown, 2020, Clod Magazine was invited to submit a story for Idit Elia Nathan's exhibition, Draw Me a Home.

I picked up the baton, so to speak, and wrote and recorded a 1000 (ish) word story called Home Past, Present and Future. The story was one of three given the treatment for the exhibition, and the idea was to generate more home stories. Clod Magazine was suggested as a contact point for the 'local' angle, so I was absolutely bowled over to share billing, online at least, with Booker nominated writer, Ali Smith.

A recording of me reading my story can be accessed via the Draw Me a Home exhibition pages.
